Clinical trial supply planning, in one system
TrialSupply is clinical trial demand forecasting and supply planning software, built to support the monthly Clinical Demand & Operations Planning (CD&OP) process at pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
TrialSupply keeps the spreadsheet-style interface planners already know, but replaces the fragile parts of Excel-based planning: forecast logic lives in the product instead of cell formulas, clinical and supply teams share one live plan instead of emailed workbook versions, and every forecast is snapshotted so accuracy can be measured cycle over cycle. It is not an IRT — it covers the planning layer that IRT/RTSM systems are not designed for, and works alongside whichever IRT you use.
The three core modules
Built around the monthly planning cycle
Most supply planning tools treat forecasting as a one-time study-setup exercise. TrialSupply is organized around the reality that plans change every month: enrollment actuals come in, site activations shift, and assumptions get revised in the monthly CD&OP meeting. The product’s workflow — forecast, plan, monitor, adjust — mirrors that cadence directly.
Supporting capabilities include protocol integration (protocol-driven forecasting and treatment arm mapping), supply chain network modeling (sites, depots, and routes), forecast accuracy tracking, and analytics with supply chain KPIs and custom reporting.
